Digispin recruits platform consultants based on their experience with high standards and a certification process.
Upon receipt of your request, Digispin selects three consultants whose experience and areas of expertise are in line with the mission you have formulated. If these consultants do not suit you, we will do our best to take your feedback into account and offer you additional options.
Digispin customers transparently rate their consultant and publish comments that are available to you for the relevant consultants.
How does Digispin ensure the confidentiality of your sensitive data?
Digispin gives the highest priority to confidentiality, and the Digispin Charter integrates a confidentiality commitment of the consultant concerning the data that you share with him in the framework of our missions.
We send the data of your company to the consultant only after you have selected it on the platform, and the contact is made by the messaging integrated into the platform at first, unless you want a telephone exchange or face to face.
An additional and bilateral confidentiality agreement may, of course, be entered into with the consultant at any time.
What are the costs of using Digispin platform?
Digispin does not charge a registration fee to the platform.
The services of the platform generate commissions on the invoicing of consultants. These costs are included in the amount of the service indicated in the quote. They vary from 6 to 18% deducted from the consultant's remuneration depending on Digispin's contribution to obtaining and monitoring the assignment.

What information is needed for registration?
We want to propose a registration procedure as simple as possible, but we need a certain amount of information about your company and its legal representative to comply with the legislation on the control of financial flows.
What do I need to know in order to document a mission?
The information on the nature of your support needs is succinct, as it will be dynamically supplemented during your discussions with the selected consultants.
Digispin guides you in your mission;characterization, because helping you to define the outlines of your mission is part of the value brought by Digispin consultants!
In addition to the purpose and nature of the mission, Digispin also recommends the desired timeframe, the budget, your contact information, and any other information you may need at this stage.
What is my commitment when I document a mission? When I submit a quote request?
In the early stages of the mission request, you make no commitment. When you contact a consultant for a quote request, your only commitment is to provide him with the information necessary to properly target his proposal and to keep the consultant informed of the follow-up given to his offer of service.
How are the consultants proposed by Digispin selected?
Digispin uses an experience matrix combining the field of intervention in digital transformation and the type of mission.
This Matrix is established during the certification of the consultant and then regularly updated.
Digispin also uses a rating system, based on the assessment made by the client after the consultant's previous service delivery

How can I interact with the consultant to refine my application and check that he has well understood my expectations?
Digispin provides you with a messaging thread built into the platform that allows you to interact with consultants in complete confidentiality.
The selected consultant can propose to complete this exchange by a telephone discussion, or even if necessary by a face-to-face meeting.
Can I ask for several quotes for the same mission?
Yes, you can request a quote from each of the 3 consultants we recommended.
What if I already know the consultant I want to work with?
If you choose access by consultant name, you can contact him directly through email.
What is the timing for obtaining a quote?
This period may vary depending on the need to discuss your project and your availability for this dialogue.
Why do I have to pay in advance for the services chosen?
Digispin is a digital platform that adopts the digital marketplaces model. Secure vault payment simplifies transactions while providing the customer with the guarantee that payment will not be released until the proper completion of the mission. It avoids the payment of the deposit upstream of the project, and additional payments during the project.
3- After placing the order
What is the delivery time of the service?
This period, which can be specified as an indication when submitting a quotation request, must be specified with the consultant according to the characteristics of the project and your respective availabilities.
Where will the Digispin consultant work?
This point, as well as all other practical aspects of the mission, will be discussed directly with the consultant. In general, the consultancy services are carried out partly in the consultant's premises, partly in the client's premises, in particular for the interviews, facilitation or restitution phases.
What are the client's responsibilities during the project?
During the quotation phase, the consultant will have established with you the resources and information that are necessary for the proper fulfilment of the mission. Your responsibility will be to implement these commitments and to keep the consultant informed of any changes that may affect the fulfilment of his mission.
How does the secured vault work?
When ordering service, you pay the service by credit card or bank transfer. This amount is frozen in a virtual secured vault; throughout the duration of the service. When the consultant has finished delivering his service, he will inform you. You can at this time confirm its good end, and rate him, which will trigger the release of funds towards the consultant and Digispin. If you do not respond to the consultant's notification, the funds will be released after 7 days.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the services provided?
When you are notified by the consultant of the end of the assignment, if you consider that the consultant has not fulfilled its commitments or that the quality level does not correspond to what was agreed, you can inform us so that we are blocking the funds. Digispin will then contact you and the consultant to arbitrate the dispute taking into account the respective arguments of the parties and aiming to find a satisfactory solution for all.
Can I continue to work with a consultant with whom I was contacted by Digispin after the end of the ordered service?
Absolutely, for additional services, you can continue to benefit from the very simple operational mode of the platform, with fees reduced to 6% for the consultant.
At the end of a project, can I hire a consultant who has given full satisfaction?
Digispin is not a party to the contractual relationship that you establish with the consultant when you sign a mission, and therefore has no part in your respective hiring decisions.
