The pillars of my experience
Creation from scratch of a 17 person department with group-wide international responsibility in charge of the transformation of marketing and innovation across all group activities. Development and implementation of standardised marketing processes. Functional management and animation of an international marketing community of 60 people (sales and marketing)
- Competitive and business intelligence: strategic positioning, analysis of industry trends and dynamics to drive group innovation
- Rollout of a corporate sales performance enhancement programme to deliver sales growth and support to local sales organisations in product launches
- Design, prioritise and implement new products and services and implementation of a new governance policy for platforms and services (evolutions, security, GDPR)
- Design and rollout of a group digital transformation strategy (‘The Integrated Digital Offer’). Increase in digital volumes from 35% to 65% of global activity
