I started my career in purchasing, supply chain and then oriented my career towards various business functions and business development. My last experience as Managing Director in the USA allowed me to consolidate my expertise in finance (setting up and monitoring budgets and responsibility of an LP), the management of a production site and animation of a management committee. I have acquired a solid experience in the management of complex commercial and industrial organizations, in environments of growth and operational optimization with the implementation of performance indicators. I have adapted and optimized several business structures, managing multi-cultural teams, setting up large accounts organization and customer segmentation.
