Assistance in deploying a tool or process modeling device as part of multi-site and/or multi-business international consolidation.
Intervene on missions of redesign of accounting processes/management control, consolidation tools or financial reporting.
Accompanying during migration on the accounting system Group of accounting of a subsidiary.
Assistance to the ISD in optimising its SI Finance
Improve or create value and operational performance through innovative and tailored management control
Implementation accounting and reporting standards IFRS and US GAAP (P-L, Balance sheet, OWC and OCF)
Accompanying in the implementation of the change-driving strategy.
Accompanying and animate a working group towards the change of financial function (DAF, management control, accountant, manager) and operational (organization via digital transformation).
Digital transformation tools: redesign or rethink an organization's business following the implementation of tools and a new digital organisation
Project Manager: Audit, plan, test, train, deploy and optimize a project (organization, change management, tool, methods, procedures, etc.).
