With 8 years of experience in the banking sector and the management of several transformation projects, I now combine my business, coaching and consulting skills to help companies reinvent themselves.
The pillars of my experience
I have worked for 8 years in the banking sector, in operational positions (Middle Office, Front-Office, Sales, Marketing) and as a consultant in transformation project management. I have led with my teams missions in target model definition and implementation, process optimisation, and outsourcing.
Conscious of the importance I attach to the human within organizations, I later turned to professional coaching and personal development.
My service offer
Today, I combine my operational, skills with those of professional coach and organizational consultant, to help companies reinvent themselves.
My method gets articulated around three main axes:
- Vision: I help my clients define their long-term vision in line with the "reason of being" of their company.
- Values: I help my clients identify the "why" of their vision and the driving values of the company, for managers, employees and customers.
- Missions: I help my clients to reinvent the positioning of their missions in a way aligned with their vision and values.
