The pillars of my experience
I have worked for 8 years in the banking sector, in operational positions (Middle Office, Front-Office, Sales, Marketing) and as a consultant in transformation project management. I have led with my teams missions in target model definition and implementation, process optimisation, and outsourcing.
Conscious of the importance I attach to the human within organizations, I later turned to professional coaching and personal development.
