I leverage my past experience as Executive Director in the healthcare industry through consulting. I have spent most of my career in an international environment (15 years with GE Healthcare from 2003 to 2018). I help the entities I work for to get organized to better sell the value of their products, services and solutions. From a detailed analysis of markets, competitors and customers, I help teams define impactful strategies to increase margins and market share and execute them with rigor and passion. I mainly focus on supporting medtech (medical device and / or e-Health) and high tech B2B companies. I also help investment funds running commercial due diligence or structuring build-ups in the healthcare sector.
