I support SMEs, and large groups on 2 areas of expertise: 1 - Innovation 2 - Transformation - strategy 1-INNOVATION I help management to better guide, manage, finance and valuate their innovation. In particular, I am working on the entire innovation cycle to: - Improve or implement innovation management processes - Deploy and animate Innovation Labs - Create and optimize bridges between innovation and business - Prioritize the territories of innovation to be explored according to operational priorities 2-TRANSFORMATION - STRATEGY I work with boards or C-level to improve operational efficiency. In particular, I mobilize collective intelligence on the following issues: - Diagnosis of value losses on internal processes, and associated recommendations - Design and deployment of new processes, especially interfaces between silos - Change management (process, digital transformation, management) - Transition management (restructuring/reversal) - Coordination of internal projects
